I contacted Rammi to discuss my return to work after an extended maternity leave. I had worked a little during this time, but was unsure how to explain this period on my CV and to prospective employers. I also wanted to think about jobs that would better suit my interests, and perhaps working for myself. Straightaway, Rammi helped me gain a positive perspective on my time out of employment and the ability to discuss this period with confidence. We worked on my CV and also looked at how I could manage self employment. Rammi helped me set goals to move ideas along, and break down actions to stop me feeling overwhelmed. I was particularly struck by how supportive Rammi was when I discussed working for myself. She was empathetic and very focused on helping me develop the idea.

I have left coaching with Rammi with much more confidence, a plan in place to do some work for myself, and an updated CV which has already got me a job interview.
